Nice kitchenette and lots of outlets for cell phones. Very clean.
Booked Fairfield but sent us to Towne Place. Everything fine except bathroom. Why no Toilet seat lid? Afraid i might drop something in toilet by accident. and too many doors in that small cramped area near sink.
Pool closed. Most expensive in area and not special in any way.
Everything was good, till the pool was not available Saturday or Sunday. Grandkids were very disappointed. The pool was 1 of the reasons we picked this hotel.
The space of the room, the beds where good, the workers were exelent.
The pool was dirty and the pool light was loose with the wires expose, the bathroom had mold in the edge of the tub, the toilet had fesses on the toilet seat and at night next door kids and grown adults were screaming and banging on the wall until 12am the front desk had to go twice to make them stop.
Our front desk staff who checked us in was amazingly nice and pleasant :) -clean indoor pool -2 QUEEN beds -breakfast included
Clean and Comfortable Room. Staff was friendly.
We had a Fire Alarm scar and it awake us from our sleep. We had to leave the building and NO fire Department showed up???
The included breakfast was nice and even included a waffle iron for waffles.
Rooms felt dated and while clean, they seemed dingy. Price was a little high too considering location.
Pool was down due to kids previous night splashing too much out of pool. Checked in at three. Pool was not ready until after seven when I was specifically told between Six and seven. Which was unacceptable since the pool splash was done the previous evening. After we entered the pool my kids swam for maybe an hour before a child threw up and the pool was closed again. My very well behaved children also were not allowed alone in halls to do things like collect ice or get snacks. Didn't like it. Won't go back.
